Today found time to go for a short run after OT in office. It's just good to get my body moving especially when gym frequency has also dropped. My May 29th Sundown 1/2 marathon is coming up and I get the feeling I will be ill-prepared for the run again. This time round will be a night run, wonder how different/difficult it will be. Hope to get 1 or 2 long run with LH before the day itself.
And there is my ICT coming up in mid-May. Surely it will be a good break for me away from work. Away from work and back to the green uniform for a good 8 days. Ain't dreading this 8 days and hope to make good use of the break-time I have there. Not long after there will be my church retreat in June at JB for 5 days. Looking forward as well.
