I hit the first milestone in my drumming journey. I passed the Yamaha Drum Grade 10. Thank you God :)
I know my weaknesses (Too rigid, poor rhythm & fill-ins linkage, inconsistent tempo... list can go on) and there is just so much to learn. But because of this small (but important) milestone that I achieved, I will just keep on going and seeking more avenues to better improve my drumming ability.

Bravo for passing! If you discover the secrets to maintaining consistent tempo, please share them with our mum ya, bless our tiny (but sharp) little ears...
We thinkz mum's confused; it's not the 'mighty saviour' song, tho' that's nice too. Tried loads of songs till we doubt she will recognise the one she was looking for initially. Something to do with the cross leh. She did discover this old song though, which we like too (bless our tiny - but sharp - lil ears again):

To M&P, ur mum into drum or musical instruments? The secret to consistent tempo is thru constant practices + listening to endless mp3 :)
I can't recall what other songs. But the one u found in the link is nice too. Continue ur exploration and u will discover much more than just nice songs :)
Pracccc...tis??? That means that on top of having her DIVIDED attention, our ears are going to suffer too... okie, we will not tell her what the secret is...
Mum dabbles in all sorts of funny tings tho we seriously thot we kept her busy enurff. Yeah, she is finding more than songs at this moment. Might be abit too much for her now so she is going slow.
